- `thank-you-48h-SOP-sample.md` — from `campaigns/`: the complete retention SOP headline —
  why only 24% of first-time donors give again, the thank-you-vs-receipt distinction table,
  and the 4-part thank-you letter pattern, verbatim. The 30-minute weekly batch routine, the
  three thank-you levels, and the late-December save are summarized at the end so you know
  what the full SOP adds.
- `US-cwa-checklist-sample.md` — from `receipts/`: the **complete** six-element table for the
  US written acknowledgment (the $250+ CWA rule), with its IRS source and check date, exactly
  as in the kit. The "when required" details, timing rules and the three failure modes are

  (`CWA-YYYY-NNN`), the quid pro quo rows with fair-market values, the lapsed-donor flag, and
  the UK/Canada routing notes. Opens in any spreadsheet. The full tracker (`.xlsx` with live

  actual workflow.
